General Objective

Data management and governance, developing the infrastructure for its administration, and enhancing the use of modern technologies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the deanship’s data, as well as overseeing the technical aspects of the deanship’s operations.

Responsibilities

1. Managing evaluation surveys through the deanship’s electronic systems for university members.
2. Collecting and analyzing data to provide periodic reports and assess the performance of the deanship and its affiliated projects.
3. Implementing data management and governance requirements to ensure efficient and effective information storage and retrieval.
4. Collaborating with relevant university entities to improve processes and develop services using technology and data effectively and securely.
5. Measuring performance across all unit-related activities, with continuous review and improvement.
6. Preparing annual reports on the unit’s activities and achievements and submitting them to the Dean of Development and Quality Assurance.
7. Overseeing the electronic systems used by the deanship and providing necessary technical support.
8. Supervising the management of the deanship’s webpage on the university website.
9. Editing and coordinating all matters related to the deanship’s news.
10. Perform any other tasks within the scope of responsibilities.
